As a lifelong member of this community, I know what it means to work hard, raise a family, and give back. For years, I’ve dedicated my time to mentoring young athletes, coaching soccer, and supporting youth development. As a working professional, I understand the struggles of rising costs, job security, and balancing life’s responsibilities. I will fight for policies that make Hanover Park a place where working families and businesses can thrive.

Mark Elkins has spent decades serving Hanover Park, improving recreational spaces and youth programs as Park District Commissioner and former President. As Chair of the Friends of the Park Foundation, he expanded community outreach and funding for public projects. As Executive Director of 8th Degree Limited, he strengthened education and workforce partnerships, creating opportunities for families and businesses.
