Grace Khan is a devoted public servant and community leader, proudly serving as a Village Trustee of Hanover Park since winning the 2023 elections. With years of volunteer experience and a strong passion for advocacy, she is committed to introducing bold ideas that drive positive change and progress for the village.
Before her election, Grace was an active volunteer for over five years and served as the Chair of the Cultural Inclusion and Diversity Committee (CIDC), working to foster inclusivity and unity among residents. Her leadership extends to her role as the former AlHuda PTA President, a troop leader for both the Girl Scouts (GSUSA) and Boy Scouts of America (BSA), and a dedicated Sunday School volunteer for over a decade.

With a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, he applies a logical and innovative approach to addressing local challenges, ensuring sustainable growth and development for the village.
Passionate about serving the community, Manish is deeply connected with Hanover Park residents and is committed to making it a better place for all. Shawn Patel is a proud and longtime resident of Hanover Park, with over 26 years of experience living in and contributing to the community. His deep-rooted connection to the village and passion for public service drive his commitment to making a meaningful impact as a Trustee.
Shawn’s journey in community service began at the Hanover Park Park District, where he started as front desk staff and worked his way up to Building Supervisor over four years. This experience gave him firsthand insight into the needs of residents and the importance of strong local governance.
With a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Benedictine University, Shawn brings a modern, analytical, and problem-solving approach to addressing community challenges. He is dedicated to delivering on what matters most to Hanover Park residents, ensuring progress, efficiency, and a better future for all.

Miney Patel is a dedicated and active member of the Hanover Park community, proudly calling it home for over 10 years. As a leader in inclusive programs and a committed volunteer at his local temple, he has worked tirelessly to foster unity and engagement among residents.
A successful business owner in Hanover Park, Miney understands the importance of economic growth and community-driven initiatives. His passion for cooking, especially South Asian cuisine, reflects his appreciation for cultural diversity and bringing people together.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, majoring in Information Security, Miney brings a modern, tech-savvy perspective to problem-solving and governance. Now, he is stepping forward to serve as a Hanover Park Commissioner, aiming to inspire young residents to participate in community programs and take an active role in shaping the village’s future.
